Lockdown in 2020 and 21 made rare visits to the coast path particularly meaningful. The colours range from deep blue-greens and burnt sienna to the palest creams and cerulean blue. There is a looseness to the marks with layers of paint, sanding, texture and glazing to create the surface of the cliff and sea.
